MATERNITY HOME DIRECTOR (FEMALE) – GAITHERSBURG
Gabriel Network is seeking an excellent candidate to work as a Maternity Home Director at our Gaithersburg Home location. The Home Director has primary responsibility for the home’s service to mothers, local outreach, the home’s volunteer engagement, and home management. The home serves up to five mothers and their infant children at a time. The Home Director is an important member of the Housing Team and reports to the Executive Director while supervising the Resident Assistants.
A Bachelor’s degree or higher is desired, with degrees in counseling, pastoral ministry, or social work preferred. Experience in social work, maternity or group housing, or similar fields strongly preferred. Experience in volunteer management and community/church outreach is helpful.

- Have a committed prayer life and a heart for this Christian ministry of helping pregnant mothers thrive and overcome obstacles.
- Be a strong team leader and a role model of Christian virtues and habits.
- Have an entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to problem solve independently.
- Have experience with social services agencies and benefits.
- Have direct experience with ministry positions working with women experiencing crisis pregnancies.
