About The Job

The Online Careers Communication team manages the review and publication of job postings on Google Careers that is viewed by millions of potential Googlers every year. Based on data insights and trends, we drive programs and strategies to optimize candidate pipeline generated from job postings while protecting Google’s brand and upholding legal, compliance, and immigration guidelines. To build domain knowledge in the job posting and the general online hiring space, you will first contribute to operations, publishing inclusive, compliant, and effective job descriptions — job descriptions that create a great experience for candidates, while helping Google’s business hire the best people. After familiarizing with our operational process, you will understand pain points and learn the balance of people, process, and technology (PPT) framework when driving change management initiatives. You will contribute to operations. You will be responsible for a portion of the program management portfolio within the Online Recruiting team and partner with stakeholders within Recruiting to identify and execute on improvement opportunities for our service model. The areas of projects you may work on are diversity, inclusion, and equity (DEI), job content strategy, job ad performance, compliance, and process inefficiency, and more!

Great just isn't good enough for our People Operations team (known elsewhere as "Human Resources"). We bring the world's most innovative people to Google and provide the programs that help them thrive. Whether recruiting the next Googler, refining our core programs, developing talent, or simply looking for ways to inject some more fun into the lives of our Googlers, we bring a data-driven approach that is reinventing the human resources field. You’ll play an essential role advancing a more diverse, accessible, equitable, and inclusive Google through our hiring, promotion, retention, and inclusion practices.
