Full Job Description

We are a leading supplier of Seasonal and Everyday gift bags, gift boxes, and gift wrap to major retailers throughout the United States. Our company was established in 1995 and our employee’s average over 10 years of employment.

We are seeking candidates that meet the following requirements:

· Strong Excel and Quick Books Skills

· Strong math skills in working with sales, order entry, and shipping related calculations

· Familiarity or ability to quickly comprehend and handle logistics related matters including but not limited to Bill of Ladings, packing lists, and import requirements

· Ability to understand priorities based on client requirements

· Ability to focus on accuracy and speed

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

· Ability to quickly learn a unique business environment that deals with both domestic customers, international suppliers, domestic and international rules and regulations

· Ability to be flexible and multi-task

· Ability to work overtime when required

· Ability to work in a team environment where one will also interact with the art department

· Enjoy interacting with large domestic customers, multiple international suppliers, and logistics companies daily
