FedEx Trainer (Primary Responsibility)
- REQUIRED: One Year Driving for FedEx (Minimum)
- Perform On-The-Road (OTR) driving training, problem-solving, dispatching, and rescuing
- Manage and maintain confidential and time-sensitive documentation to aid in the timely onboard of new drivers
- Lead/Co-lead morning LoadOuts
FedEx Delivery Driver
1. Load all packages onto assigned vehicles
2. Safely and efficiently drive vehicle to delivery locations (business and residences)
3. Navigate a variety of routes throughout delivery area and deliver packages in an appropriate drop-off area, obliging customer requests and obtaining signatures when necessary
4. Must be comfortable driving, delivering, lifting, and maneuvering packages in varying weather conditions. Load and unload packages to be delivered in a physical, fast-paced, outdoor position
5. Be CUSTOMER OBSESSED!! We strive to deliver packages and smiles to our customers
6. Problem-solve loading and delivery issues, navigational discrepancies, and customer requests
Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Have a Drivers License
-Able to pass DOT Medical Examination Physical (Required)
- Able to get in and out of van and walk up and down stairs through your shift
- Eligible to work up to 5-6 days a week
The Redd Group is a Contracted Service Provider for FedEx Ground, making last mile deliveries to homes and business under FedEx Ground branding from the FedEx Ground terminal in the Maryland area.

Pay: $800.00 - $1,000.00 per week
