EXAMPLES OF DUTIES Counsels Baltimore County Housing Choice Voucher Program families on locating and securing housing. Examples of Duties
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Knowledge of: Housing Choice Voucher Program and community groups and resources. Ability to: Interpret and explain federal and agency policies, regulations and procedures; compile and organize reports; Effectively communicate verbally with program families, property owners, and the public, as appropriate. Write letters and reports, and to maintain documentation in required format. Manage competing tasks Deliver group presentations. Must have ability to use general office equipment, including but not limited to: Personal computer, facsimile machine, photocopier, telephone, calculator. QUALIFICATIONS Required Qualifications Years of experience in related fields can be substituted. Additional experience beyond the minimum may be substituted for all or part of the education.
