Work Schedule & Location:

  • Please note that this is not a remote position.  
  • This position is open at our Perry Hall branch located in Perry Hall, Maryland.
  • This is a Full-time position requiring 37.5 hours per week (7.5 hours per day).
  • Position start time may vary between 8:00 am and 9:30 am. Position end time may vary between 4:30 pm and 6:30 pm.
  • Some Saturdays are required from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm.
  • Duties are performed in a professional office environment. Responsibilities may occasionally require an adjusted work schedule, working from a different branch, working before and/or after business hours, working on Saturdays and working hours exceeding the standard work schedule.

In this role, you will:

  • Receive inbound calls from members
  • Assist members with general inquiries regarding deposit accounts and other services
  • Process requests for account-related services and transactions
  • Resolve problems related to accounts and services
  • Provide technical assistance for online banking, mobile banking, bill pay, and other electronic services
  • Provide exceptional service to members by identifying their needs and suggesting product and service solutions that will meet those needs

What you need:

  • A passion for serving customers!
  • Customer service experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to perform basic math functions
  • Proficient use of computers & Windows-based software
  • Knowledge of electronic banking products
  • Credit check and criminal background check are required
