Job Summary
The Program and Operations Associate role is responsible for performing program-related tasks for the high school program as well as administrative tasks for CollegeBound Foundation's main office. The Program and Operations Associate plays a key role in assisting with the day-to-day operations of CollegeBound.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
High School Program
- Coordinate travel logistics and ensure vendor payment for student bus tours.
- Maintain student tour and other school-related information on shared drive.
- Maintain current program-related information to ensure documents are readily available for sharing.
- Assist with regular student data collection and report compilations.
- Assist with recurring and special event supply orders and maintain inventory list.
- Compile bi-weekly reports from school-based staff and review for accuracy.
- Maintain list of competitive opportunities for students and distribute to school-based staff.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Operations/Office Management
- Manage office supply room and kitchen; ensure appropriate levels of supplies for both are maintained.
- Serve as contact for office equipment needs and maintenance requests.
- Serve as contact for staff professional development logistics including space reservations, food orders, and calendar updates; manage staff professional development setup and breakdown for events.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma required
- Associate’s degree preferred
- At least 1 year of office administrative experience preferred

- Proof of COVID-19 vaccination is required for this position
