SoGal Foundation is searching for a strategic, results-oriented Community & Content Manager to drive community growth, engagement, and impact!
You will act as the point of contact between SoGal Foundation and our global audience, and as the voice, tone, and moderator of our brand through community support, content distribution, and digital engagement to build brand presence and trust, both online and in-person. You are familiar and passionate about startups, entrepreneurship, diversity, and investing. You have clear quantifiable goals in mind in your day-to-day operations. You know how to align on goals with leadership and set expectations whenever necessary. You can see around corners and anticipate problems before they become one. 💪🏼 💪🏽 💪🏿 💪🏾
SoGal Foundation is a small, mighty, fun team truly passionate about diversity, equity, and inclusion in entrepreneurship and investing. It's not an ordinary organization, so it doesn't expect you to be either. This is a full-time, remote role for those authorized to work within the United States. SoGal is open on location within the US, though the current team works ET hours.
