The Foundation is seeking an administrative coordinator that will provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to facilitate the efficient and effective operation of the team. 

Qualified candidates will have the following:

  • Demonstrated experience with complex executive scheduling
  • Relationship-building, diplomacy and time management skills to juggle work for multiple teams, with a focus on results
  • Demonstrated service outlook
  • Experience getting work done autonomously and as a team member
