Al-Huda School is a private non-profit Islamic educational institution located in College Park, Md. We strive to provide quality Islamic education for preschool through 12th grade. Our mission is to develop well-rounded students inspired by Islamic principles, excellent academics, and extracurricular activities, while seeking to prepare our students to live a God centered life rooted in the teachings of the Quran and authentic sunnah of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him).

Job Description

• Meet annual student enrollment goals
• Meet monthly KPIs tied to enrollment goals
• Clearly and thoroughly explain, via telephone, SMS, and email, our programs and services to interested families and partners
• Generate and/or follow-up on leads resulting from specific marketing campaigns of individuals interested in our online offering
• Reply to communications from customers, related to targeted marketing campaigns, via phone, email, fax, direct mail, and other means, including both sales and customer support activities
• Develop strong rapport with customers and families to ensure a very positive impression of Al-Huda School and our products and services
• Enter detailed notes to ensure a positive customer experience
• Provide exceptional service via phone and e-mail to inquiries and applicants
• Closely follow up with applicants to complete their applications and move them to the testing stage of the application process

Candidate Requirements:

• High School diploma required, Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Prior experience working in the education industry a plus
• Prior experience in sales a plus
• Technologically proficient
