3C Recovery Support Training Institute is the training academy of the Light of Truth Center, Inc. The mission of our academy is to provide quality training and support for individuals and agencies who care for people with substance use disorders and mental health conditions.  Our trainings are non-clinical courses, designed to enhance participants’ knowledge and skills in the delivery of person-centered recovery support.

As an approved training provider of the Maryland Addiction and Behavioral-health Professionals Certification Board (MABPCB), we offer continual education units (CEUs) to individuals seeking to achieve or maintain certification as a Certified Peer Recovery Specialist (CPRS). We serve by holding to our core values, striving to be known by all as people of integrity, compassion and productivity.
