A & G is HIRING a Customer Service Representative!

 

The A&G Management Customer Service Representative is Friendly, outgoing individual eager to provide outstanding customer service to our A&G residents. Assist the Property Manager with routine day-to-day tasks involving resident. Must have good verbal and written communication skills; a pleasant attitude; must be organized; manage inspections and the ability to handle resident concerns with diplomacy. The Customer Service Representative will contact person of authority should any situation warrant an action of decision included in his or her duties and responsibilities.  

 

POLICIES & PROCEDURES

v  Conduct all business in accordance with A&G Management policies and procedures as set forth by the COO and Owners; Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and all other Federal & State Laws.

ADMINISTRATIVE/LEASING

v  Maintain a positive customer service attitude.

v  Follow up on cancelled and/or reinstated renters insurance. Send notices and correspondence to residents; track re-instatements; enter information into the renter’s insurance program

v  Performs Inspections for resident renewals; entering maintenance tickets as a result of inspections; issuing letters and correspondence to residents for housekeeping and/or pet violations.

v  Handle resident conflicts and mediate, such as noise violations, lease violations; INSIDE A&G responses.

v  Submit maintenance request and follow-up with maintenance concerns.

v  Issue water Intrusion follow up letters.  

v  Assist with monitoring the cameras on building/hallways.

v  Preform Lease signings.

v  Monitor the parking lot for parking violations and tag vehicles for towing.

v  Submit various reports to corporate on a weekly and monthly basis as necessary/required.

v  Type miscellaneous resident communication as needed.

INSPECTIONS

v  Physically walk and inspect community when on grounds. Consistently ensure that the appearance and physical aspect of the property meet the Company and the Owners established standards (i.e., signage, grounds/curb appeal, offices, hallways laundry rooms, and overall condition of the property, etc.)

v  Report parking violations to Property Manager.

GENERAL

v  Attend meeting and any other meeting/seminars/functions pertaining to property management as required.

v  Perform any additional duties assigned by Assistant Manager, Property Manager, or Regional Director of Sales & Leasing.

v  Complete required On-Line education courses.

v  Assist with resident community events.

Position can be modified with expressed permission from the COO.

Full COVID-19 vaccination required by providing vaccine record prior to start date or show proof of medical or religious exemption for possible accommodation.
