Full Job Description
This company is seeking a professional Call Center Trainer to educate its customer service reps by conducting training sessions and interactive courses. The responsibilities include facilitating on-the-job coaching, developing educational material and organizing training sessions for new hires.
Qualified candidates will possess experience in training customer service skills, interpersonal skills and problem-solving. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
