Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise all operational areas and create a positive and high energy work environment:

· Effectively open and close the site daily by ensuring the opening and/or closing procedures as defined in the Operations Manual have been thoroughly completed

· Ensures all cash and credit card deposits are reconciled at the end of each day

· Ensures POS equipment is operating properly

· Ensures all security and surveillance cameras are operational at all times

· Continuously monitor throughput and cars/man-hour to ensure the site is operating at maximum productivity

· Monitor all detailing and express detailing to ensure staff is processing vehicles in the correct order and in an efficient manner

· Compare and track labor performance data daily, weekly & monthly

· Understand and apply the site scorecard method

· Check and respond to all emails on a daily basis before and after scheduled shift

Maintain accountability for location sales:

· Ensure all Sales Team members (Greeters, Baristas, and Outside Sales if applicable) are adequately trained and consistently striving for membership enrollment and upselling of services

· Ensure Sales Team members are informing customers of detailing services and striving for detail sales

· Compare and track sales performance data daily, weekly & monthly

Oversees all aspects of location detail & express detail operations:

· Ensure the site has all necessary detailing equipment

· Ensure detailing staff have been properly trained

Oversees all aspects of the location’s maintenance:

· Ensures all tunnel equipment is operational and effective at all times by surveying operating status on a daily basis at a minimum

· Perform basic tunnel equipment repairs when necessary

· Ensures all chemicals are regularly ordered and adequately stocked

· Maintains cleanliness of the interior, including the lobby, café, and restrooms and exterior

Responsible for all site-specific labor and work force scheduling:

· Seeks qualified individuals and communicates hiring needs when necessary to Hiring Manager

· Creates and maintains staffing schedule compatible with weather forecasts and maximum productivity

· Limit over-time hours for all staff

Responsible for completing payroll on a bi-weekly basis for location

Requires 45-50 hours/week
