Full Job Description
PRIMARY FUNCTION
As a part of the Human Resources Department, and under the direction of the Human Resources Director, the Recruiter is responsible for high-volume recruitment activities. The Recruiter is knowledgeable and utilizes all appropriate resources to work the process of targeting and marketing to potential candidates.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Collaborate with managers to assess staffing needs
· Network, source to developing an appropriate applicant pool of qualified candidates.
· Schedule interviews, disposition candidates in the applicant tracking system, check references and prepare and extend offers.
· Perform full-lifecycle recruitment from creating job descriptions to initial recruitment efforts to the final hiring and onboarding processing of new employees
· Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement programs to support business needs; lead recruiting projects
· Establish and lead committees to improve processes for recruiting
· Develop and implement various recruitment strategies to source professionals
· Prepare various reports in Excel and/or Word, track advertising, and produce other HR-related reports
· Perform other recruiting and human resource related tasks associated with staffing and scheduling
- Play a significant role in H2H’s onboarding process to include but is not limited to: verifying information before arrival, speaking to HR practices at Orientation, communicating and inputting all data received from new team members.
· Conduct employee verifications and background checks.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
· Three years of staffing/recruiting experience in a high volume setting
· Solid knowledge of HR principles
· High proficiency in MS Office applications and applicant tracking systems
· Ability to influence and work effectively with diverse teams is essential
· Strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent follow-up skills, tenacity, and strong relationship-building skills
· Must be a self-starter with high attention to detail, project follow-through and possess the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Temporary
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
