Responsibilities: | The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support for the Office of Undergraduate Admissions and Orientation in the areas of territory management, including travel, communications and database management as well as general administrative support for the Director of Undergraduate Admissions and Orientation and backup support for the reception area. The position will also assist with coordinating recruitment and conference travel for all territory managers in the office, including college fair and recruitment event invitations and payments, hotel reservations and payments, flights and transportation arrangements, car fleet maintenance, procurements processes and vendor relationships with outside partners. It will also support the office’s print and digital campaigns related to these recruitment activities. Finally, this position will be required to support all staff in their use of Salesforce, overseeing territory assignments, data quality assurance, SalesCloud communications, report functionality and dashboard management. Other responsibilities include orientation programming, including inventory support purchasing and vendor relationships with outside partners. |
