About us
EZGovOpps is a small tech company providing a software platform for government contractors to help them find opportunities, teaming partners, and more.
We are looking for a new team member with telephone customer service experience to assist our clients and prospects. This role has a number of responsibilities including calling clients to schedule training, calling interested prospects to schedule Zoom meetings, and offering customer service over the phone. EZGovOpps uses a CRM to keep track of interactions, so good note taking skills are appreciated. If you have experience with customer service via phone, we encourage you to reach out with your resume and a cover letter if desired. There are opportunities for bonuses on top of the base salary for this position.
This job is office based, however there are certain times of the year when work from home is possible.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.50 per hour
