Administrator in Training (AIT)

You will gain a thorough understanding of the following:
  • Our culture, operating model, systems, and what it takes to be a successful leader. You will take on projects and real responsibilities at your host facility after mastering the fundamentals of our business.

  • Reimbursement regulations and nursing practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines about nursing Center administration.
  • The laws, regulations, and guidelines governing personnel administration.
Here is what is needed to be part of this amazing team:
  • Must have completed at least 60 semester hours of education from an accredited college or university
  • Must be enrolled in a bachelor's degree program, preferably in Public Health Administration, Business Administration, or health-related field.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the general public.
  • Strong ability to plan, organize, develop, implement, and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies, procedures, etc., that are necessary for providing quality care and maintaining a sound operation.
