Full Job Description
COME GROW WITH US - Reliable Contracting Company, Inc., headed toward our 100th year of business in Maryland, has openings for Experienced laborers in our Utility Division installing main lines for public utilities in Gambrills and Waldorf offices.
This is a full-time, day position. Some evening and weekend work will be necessary during our busy season. Actual work hours can vary with weather conditions. Applicants must be dependable and available to work as needed. This location serves Central (Anne Arundel County) and Southern Maryland (Waldorf); applicant must be willing to commute when necessary. Compensation depends on the experience of the applicant and will be discussed during the interview process.

Job Requirements:
- One year of prior experience with utility main installation is mandatory.
- Communicate effectively with crew, foreman and project managers, providing concise instruction or information.
- Use effective listening skills.
- Qualified applicants must have a valid U.S. Driver's License and a clean driving record.
- Applicants must have their own transportation to and from work as we are not accessible by public transportation.
- Able to work in a safe manner, follow OSHA guidelines and keep work area clean.
- Reliable attendance. Must have a positive attitude and willingness to work in a team environment.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
